Jordan First Week

Am I supposed to put my starting weight and current weight?
I can if you want. Also, Greg, please send me the spread sheet. Are we doing total percentage lost (based on the starting weight), or total percentage lost each week (based on that week's starting weight)?

First week I lost 4 percent.

Here is a handy weight-loss calculator I found, too if that helps anyone.
