Struggling

Work out at the gym at least three times a day- not hard. Cutting down on my daily calorie intake- HARD! I have to feed five contantly ravishing people a day. One is on a high fat diet. If she won't eat it I will. OOPS! I'm at 1% since we've started:( I guess it's better than gaining weight.

  1. Ok you're going to make me feel REALLY guilty if you work out 3 times a DAY!!! Maybe 3 times a week??!!! I agree though, kids snacks are the WORST and I hate throwing things away, but those calories sure add up, I used to always drink all the leftover milk after dinner, but not anymore. Drink it or it goes down the drain, I'm not "cleaning it up" anymore!
